Logging In

Your username is the email you registered with.

1) Visit the login page.

2) Below the Username and Password fields, there is a plus icon and “Forgot Password?” text.

3) Click the Forgot Password link, enter your username and you will be sent an email that will reset your password.

The ‘lost password’ email is sent is automatically within 2 minutes of request. If you don’t see the email it is typically is due to 2 reasons.

1) It may be caught in your spam filter – so check your junk mail.

2) Make sure you are checking the correct email account.

Classes and Topics

Yes. You can complete the lessons in any order.

If you want to complete the classes in order:

Go to the Course Home page and click on the Course Level Pre-Test.

Yes. You can take the quizzes and lesson tests as many times as you wish.

Badges & Certification

1) Clicking the ‘Points & Badges’ link on the site navigation (upper right hand side of the website).

2)Your points balace is located on the right of the webpage.

3) To view your earned and unearned badges, use the navigation on the left hand side to view the different lessons badges. Unearned badges will be fadded out. Earned badges will be full color.
